apatu Platform Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and apatu ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding use of the apatu.org website and all services provided therein.

By browsing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the apatu platform, you expressly agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

apatu operates under international licensing and is committed to providing a safe, fair and transparent gaming environment for all eligible players.

Use of the apatu platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• A private individual registering on their own behalf, not a company or third party.

• Registration and use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your country or territory of residence.
• Has not previously had an account closed by apatu for fraud, breach of terms or illegal activity.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, an active email address and a valid mobile phone number. apatu reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to comply with licensing requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
• Notifying apatu immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur.

apatu supports a range of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). Players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

All withdrawal requests are subject to apatu's internal compliance review. In certain cases, players may be asked to complete identity verification before a withdrawal can be processed for the first time or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a set threshold.

apatu offers various promotions and bonuses to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

The apatu welcome bonus offers a match of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The total bonus received must be wagered 20 times before related winnings can be withdrawn.

Additional conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible instance unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of the promotion.
• apatu reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in the cancellation of all related accounts and bonuses.
• apatu reserves the right to decline bonus claims or withhold withdrawals if there are signs of promotion abuse.

The apatu platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, horse racing and boxing betting. Each game category has its own rules that players should understand before playing.

General rules that apply across all games:

• The outcome of all games is final once recorded by the apatu system.
• If a technical interruption occurs during a game, apatu will use system records to determine a fair outcome.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• apatu reserves the right to void bets placed after an outcome is known or due to an obvious pricing error.
• The RTP (Return to Player) of each slot game is set by the respective game developer and may vary from one game to another.

For sports betting and live events, specific rules relating to bet settlement, cancellation timing and available markets can be found in the relevant section within the apatu platform.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apatu platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances without compensation:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Registering or using the platform after a previous account was closed by apatu.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorised gains.
• Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

apatu reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Failed identity verification or inaccurate account information.
• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Activities that raise suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or licensing authorities.
• Player requests account closure for responsible gambling reasons.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the apatu customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account closure is processed, all active bets will be settled and any eligible net balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

apatu provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, downtime or system errors.

apatu will not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures beyond apatu's control, including failures of the player's internet connection.
• Indirect, incidental or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Acts or omissions of third parties that provide payment or gaming services to apatu.
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms or to protect their login credentials.

apatu operates under an international licence and complies with all requirements set by the relevant licensing body. These terms are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws agreed upon in our licensing agreement.

Should any dispute arise relating to the apatu platform, we encourage voluntary resolution through our customer support channels first. apatu has a formal complaints procedure that players may invoke if an initial resolution is unsatisfactory.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the laws and regulations of their country or region of residence. apatu does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for players' compliance with local laws.

apatu reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
